Yesterday morning Gracie and I were watching Dora when we heard the four-wheelers roll in. Thank the Lord that Joey got a buck. It was a 9 pointer and of course Gracie had to get in on the photo action!

Halloween 2010

Halloween jump starts the holiday season! We had a wonderful afternoon trick-or-treating in Morgantown, the on to Quality, and wrapping up at Rochester with some wonderful food with the Grubb Family. Thanks to all our family and friends who made this day special for Gracie!

Check out Beechtree News to see Miss Gracie and her buddy Brennan in the costume contest at the Harvest on the Square in Morgantown. Brennan brought home 3rd place in his age group and Gracie brought home 2nd place in her age group. We are very proud of our sock hop girl and cuddly lion! :)

Smoky Mountains Fall Break 2010

A mountain vacation with great friends is exactly what we needed. During our trip we went to the Dixie Stampede, The Titanic, to see live bears, Ripley's Aquarium, rode the trolley, ate at the Old Mill and lots of great pancake houses! We shared laughs and will cherish these memories forever. It was the best vacation ever because Gracie make it so special. To see her eyes light up at the Dixie show was priceless. She cheered, clapped, and danced. It is amazing to see things through the eyes of a child. Here are a few snapshots of the trip:
